By using NameCheckup you agree that when you submit any information to our Site you grant to NameCheckup universal, perpetual, irrevocable, commercial and non-commercial right to use that data to any extent neccessary to provide Service (including but not limiting to publishin and distributing). You warrant that you have the right to grant us this right over submitted content and at all time you will not claim any charges to NameChekup for any loss of data for any reason. To the fullest extent you agree to indemnify and hold NameCheckup harmless from and against any damages, losses and expenses of any kind arising out of: (1) your violation of this Agreement; (2) any user provide content; (3) any activity in which you engage or perform through the NameCheckup Service; (4) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
